Cookie policy
RTT Insight uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage items. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we use
- Authentication tokens — stored by your browser to keep you signed in between visits. Removing them signs you out.
- Session and security cookies — set by our hosting platform to route requests securely.
- Preference storage — remembers dashboard filters such as ICB, trust, specialty and wait category so the workspace opens where you left it.
- Payment cookies — set by Stripe during checkout to process your payment securely.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling. Because everything we set is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, no consent banner is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will prevent sign-in and your saved dashboard preferences from working.
