Terms of service
These terms govern your use of RTT Insight. By creating an account you agree to them.
Last updated: August 2026
The service
RTT Insight is provided by VUIT Data Labs Ltd (company no. 15240968), 25 Roe Lane, Newcastle, England, ST5 3PH. It gives subscribers access to benchmarking dashboards, an analyst chat and bespoke report writing built on Referral-to-Treatment statistics published by NHS England. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NHS England.
Accounts and trials
- Accounts are for named individuals. Do not share sign-in credentials; team plans provide separate seats.
- The free trial runs for 7 days with no payment card required and applies usage allowances on chat questions, exports and reports.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled and are billed in advance through Stripe.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- Report credits are purchased separately, are consumed when a report is generated, and are non-refundable once used.
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice for future renewals.
Current pricing is on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Do not scrape, bulk-extract or reverse engineer the platform, its dataset or its underlying methods.
- Do not submit patient-identifiable, confidential or unlawful content to the chat or report builder.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage allowances, access controls or another organisation's data.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Analytical outputs
Figures, chat answers and reports are analytical outputs derived from published NHS data and are provided for planning and benchmarking purposes. They are not clinical, financial or legal advice, and you remain responsible for decisions taken using them. Where source data is revised or restated by NHS England, outputs may change.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform, its dashboards, methodology and software. You retain rights in the report briefs and content you create, and may use the reports you generate freely within your organisation.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt access. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: contact@rtt.vuit.online.
